How do I place an order?

Firstly, choose the item(s) you would like to purchase by clicking the ‘add to bag’ button. (For gift options please see below). Once you have finished choosing your items, process to the ‘my bag’ icon on the left of the screen (or top right if you are on mobile) which will take you to the online checkout. Once you have checked all of your items and quantities you will be asked to fill out your payment details on our secure server. Payments are secured with SSL and processed securely by Payfort, your card details are not stored anywhere in our database. We will send you a confirmation email once this is complete, in order to confirm your order.

I want to send a gift

In order to send a gift, please refer to the ‘gifts and subscriptions’ section available on the online store. Once selected, browse the category to find your perfect gift and select the ‘add to bag’ button. To finalise your order, click or hover over the my bag icon and then click the ‘checkout’ button and complete the delivery address with the recipient’s information. For special requests on gifts outside of those offered in the online store, please contact our customer services team via shop@coffeeplanet.com or call us on 800 COFFEE (263333).

What if I want to buy a larger quantity than the website allows?

If you would like to buy a larger quantity, you may either place multiple orders or contact our customer services team with your request via email shop@coffeeplanet.com.

How do I see and manage what’s in my shopping bag?

To view and edit items in your shopping bag, click on the button in the left hand panel (or the top right hand side of the screen on mobile) entitled ‘my bag’.

What form of payment does Coffee Planet accept?

To purchase our products, we accept the following payment methods: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard, Coffee Planet gift cards and PayPal.

We will not charge your credit card until your order has been dispatched.

How do I redeem a gift card or promotional voucher?

Gift cards are delivered via a confirmation email, which will contain instructions on how to redeem the Coffee Planet gift card at the checkout, with no additional processing fees.

To redeem your gift card, choose the item(s) you wish to purchase and click the ‘add to bag’ button followed by the ‘checkout’ button, after you have confirmed your items. On the order confirmation page, please enter your gift card and code as your payment option, or enter your promotional code. The promotional code will provide you with a discount.

Will I be charged tax?

It depends on the address of the person receiving the item. We charge the sales tax as required by law based on the shipping destination. We'll only collect tax amounts required by law, which may include both merchandise and other services such as shipping.

How can I check my Coffee Planet order status?

To check your order status, you can complete the following:

- Login to your Coffee Planet account, select order history and click on the specific order to track its status

- Alternatively, you may refer to your shipping confirmation email

How can I cancel my Coffee Planet order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so at the earliest opportunity by contacting our customer service team via shop@coffeeplanet.com or call us on 800 COFFEE (263333). Please note, if you order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. You can, however, return a product for a full refund as per our return policy.

Please note orders are usually dispatched within a 24-hour period.

How does your standard delivery system work?

We ship orders differently dependent on the delivery address. Please note deliveries may take  longer to ship to various destinations; however shipments to countries within the GCC can be  shipped within two days.

When will my order ship?

Shipment will take place within 24 hours of placing the order. The estimated delivery date will  be confirmed on purchase and detailed in your confirmation email.

Can I choose a carrier for my shipment?

Unfortunately, a customer is unable to select a carrier for shipment as we work collaboratively  with our established courier partners.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

The estimated delivery date will be detailed in your confirmation email. Please allow time up  until the specified date before contacting us about delivery status, and remember to track your  order via the Coffee Planet online store. Once your specified date has been reached, please do  not hesitate to contact us with any inquiries via coffee@coffeeplanet.com or call us on 800  COFFEE (263333).

 

If I receive the wrong item, it’s damaged or missing, what should I do?

If your delivered items do not match your online order, or if you are unsatisfied with the  condition of your items, please contact the customer service team via email at  coffee@coffeeplanet.com or by calling us on 800 COFFEE (263333).

How do I return a product?

Returns are only accepted upon receiving damaged or faulty goods. If you’d like to return a  product, fill out the Return Form included with your package, with all items you wish to return.  For your convenience, a pre-paid return label is provided in your shipment. If you are re-using  the package you received, please cover the old shipping label with the pre-paid return label.

Can I amend my order?

In order to get your products to you as quickly as possible, we package up our orders fast. This  means that we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. However, cancellation  may be possible within a 24-hour period.
