Firstly, choose the item(s) you would like to purchase by clicking the ‘add to bag’ button. Once you have finished choosing your items, process to the ‘my bag’ icon on the left of the screen (or top right if you are on mobile) which will take you to the online checkout. Once you have checked all of your items and quantities you will be asked to fill out your payment details on our secure server. Payments are secured with SSL and processed securely by Payfort, your card details are not stored anywhere in our database. We will send you a confirmation email once this is complete, in order to confirm your order.
We offer same day delivery on all orders placed before 3pm that day to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, from Saturday-Thursday. Any orders received after 3pm or on Fridays will receive next day delivery.
All other Emirates can expect a 48-hour delivery time frame.
During Eid al Fitr, starting 11th May 2021, any orders received after 3pm on 10th May 2021 and before 2pm pm 12th May 2021 will be delivered by the evening of 12th May 2021, orders received after 2pm on 12th May 2021 will be delivered from the morning of Saturday 15th May 2021.

To purchase our products, we accept the following payment methods: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard and Maestro. We also have a 'cash on delivery' option for payment in the UAE.
All of the products and prices you see displayed on our online store are already VAT inclusive so you will not be charged anything additional.
To check your order status, you can complete the following:
- Login to your Coffee Planet account, select order history and click on the specific order to track its status
- Alternatively, you may refer to your shipping confirmation email

Please note, if your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. You can, however, return a product for a full refund as per our return policy.
Please note orders are usually dispatched within a 24-hour period.
All orders above AED 50 will qualify for free delivery! Any order below this amount will be charged AED 10 extra for a delivery fee.

Returns are only accepted upon receiving damaged or faulty goods. To create a return please contact the customer service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on 800 COFFEE (263333).
We will send a driver to pick-up the damaged or faulty goods free of charge and will issue you with a refund.
In order to get your products to you as quickly as possible, we package up our orders fast. This means that we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. However, cancellation may be possible within a 24-hour period.
