It’s that time of the year again folks, when the air temp drops, the deco comes out and the jingles begin. We find one of the most important things during this festive period is sharing with others and whilst there is nothing better than tearing through some presents its best to give a little first with a winter warmer coffee, keeping everyone energized for the activities. Put together by our very coffee professionals, here’s a ‘how-to’ for some holiday ho-ho-hot coffee drink recipes that you can make at home and supply to your friends and family…

 

Zingy Gingerbread coffee

Procedure: HOT signature Christmas beverage through semi-automatic coffee machine – Gingerbread treat.

Ingredients:

Gingerbread cookie

Milk

Semi – automatic coffee machine

Coffee of choice (we recommend a dark roast such as Italian or Reviving)

Milk pitcher

Gingerbread syrup or flavouring

Fresh cream

Cinnamon powder

8oz mug or glass of choice

Whipped cream

Cocoa powder

 

Method:

-          Two pumps (20ml) of Gingerbread syrup into an 8oz glass cup

-          Take a clean milk pitcher & add 160ml of fresh cold milk, 20ml of fresh liquid cream, single espresso & a hint of cinnamon powder

-          Steam together using steam wand until it is 68℃

-          Pour smoothly into an 8oz glass cup on top of the flavor syrup

-          Add a shot of whipped cream along with gingerbread cookie. Add cocoa powder on top as desired

 

 

Creamy Salted Caramel Coffee

Procedure: HOT signature Christmas beverage through semi-automatic coffee machine

Ingredients:

Maple Syrup

Milk

Semi – automatic coffee machine

Coffee of choice (we recommend a dark roast such as Italian or Reviving)

Milk pitcher

Salted caramel syrup or flavouring

Fresh cream

8oz mug or glass of choice

Whipped cream

Cocoa powder

 

Method:

-          Take two pumps (20ml) of salted caramel syrup in an 8oz glass cup

-          Take the milk pitcher & add 150ml of fresh cold milk, 50ml of fresh liquid cream & a single espresso shot

-          Steam together using steam wand until it is 68℃

-          Pour smoothly into an 8oz glass cup

-          Add a shot of whipped cream & pour 5g (or desired amount) of maple syrup on top

-          Finish with a sprinkling of cocoa powder

 

 

Crème Brulee Affogato

Procedure: HOT signature Christmas beverage through semi-automatic coffee machine

Ingredients:

Crème Brulee Syrup or flavouring

Milk

Capsule coffee machine

Ristretto Capsules

Milk pitcher

Vanilla Ice Cream

Maple Syrup

8oz mug or glass of choice

Cocoa powder

 

-          Take a 6oz cup and add double shot of ristretto to it

-          Add pumps (15ml) of crème brulee syrup into a cup and mix it together

-          Steam fresh milk and then add 50ml of steamed milk into the cup

-          Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the cup & drizzle 5ml of maple syrup

-          Finish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top
