Delivery & Returns

Delivery Schedules:

Dubai: Daily (Except public holidays and Sundays)

Abu Dhabi : Same day delivery for orders received before 8 AM

Al Ain : Delivery on Monday and Thursday only

Ras Al Khaimah : Delivery on Saturday and Wednesday only

Ajman: Delivery on the following day

Please allow 2-3 working days for the delivery of single origin products.

Any orders received after 3pm or on Fridays will receive next day delivery.

During National Holidays deliveries will be scheduled on the first working day following the holidays.

Refunds & Returns: Returns are only accepted upon receiving damaged or faulty goods.

To create a return please contact the customer service team via email at coffee@coffeeplanet.com or by calling us on 800 COFFEE (263333). We will send a driver to pick-up the damaged or faulty goods free of charge and will issue you with a refund.
