This coffee, "Café Directo", is produced by the Arias family at their farm "Casa de Piedra".  This single origin coffee is hand-picked, separated from floaters, and dried for 13 days on African beds.

Tasting Notes:

Tangerine, hazelnuts, raspberry, cocoa lemon citric and tartaric acidity as red grapes. Medium to full body, honey sweetness to finish.

Espresso Roast - recommended for espresso machine or moka pot preparation and serving

Filter Roast - recommended for V60, Loca, Moccamaster, Chemex, Aeropress and French Press preparation and serving.
